Subject: [IAJGS Leadership] Your own Internet access point
Dear IAJGS Leaders,

The "Hot Spot" on your iPhone or Android device can be used to connect your laptop or other Wi-Fi enabled device to the Internet even when your Wi-Fi is down, or when you are in a place with no Wi-Fi. It can also be used to accommodate a guest when you prefer not to share your household's Wi-Fi password, or when you are wary of using an available public Wi-Fi. Check out this feature so you are ready to use it when needed. This month's article explains how.

"Your own Internet access point" has been published in the June 2023 issue of "Venturing into Our Past", the Newsletter of the Jewish Genealogical Society of the Conejo Valley and Ventura County (JGSCV). Current and prior newsletters are freely available at the Society's website, https://www.jgscv.org
